The Zoning Board of Appeals is made up of five members who are appointed by the Town Board for a five year term. It is an administrative board with the discretionary power to vary the strict application of local zoning regulations in particular cases of difficulty of hardship. The Zoning Board also makes the final determination as to all questions involving interpretation of the zoning ordinance.
Regular Meetings Held: Fourth (4th) Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM
